Sustainalily – A Gamified Tool for creating a sustainability strategy

Abstract
The Purpose of This Tool: This tool helps your team build a practical sustainability strategy for your festival — without needing a facilitator or prior expertise. It guides you from understanding what sustainability means, through defining your own values, to turning those values into concrete, committed action. You won't find ready-made answers here. Instead, the tool is designed to help your team think, discuss, and decide for yourselves — because a strategy your team creates together is one your team will actually follow.

Technical Workshop
Athens
Technical Workshop “Prototype Journey” – Athens
Two-day technical workshop held with the Athens Steering Committee (20–21 January 2025). Led by the technical partners NTNU, Mapa das Ideias and Xamk, the “Prototype Journey” took the whole consortium through three stations — Greening, Co-creation and Digitisation — collecting the festivals' experiences, needs and ideas on posters and sticky notes. The results fed the first versions of the CO-VISION guidelines and, through them, the Blueprint.
