The WP6 (Monitoring, Evaluation and Assessment) internal evaluation interim report for 2025, Part A (Analytical Report), produced by Liv.in.g srl as external subcontractor implementing the Quality Assurance Strategy. Two formative external evaluation reports are produced during implementation (2024 and 2025) plus one summative report at project conclusion (2026), based on annual online and in-person interview observations. The evaluation clusters CO-VISION's application goals into five thematic axes: (1) implementation of the local debates and the communities engaged; (2) the co-creation process between artists and communities; (3) the extent to which partners foster green and fair transnational collaboration; (4) new metrics of contemporary creative storytelling for narrating local natural heritage and its health status; (5) mapping of local natural heritage and the quality of collaboration between research, artistic creation, the digital sphere and citizens. The 2025 report focuses on three target groups (Artistic Partners, Technical Partners, and participants/communities) and includes observations and core themes (community engagement through local debates, mapping landscapes, digital tools as environmental mediators, expanded ecological perception), key findings, green-and-fair principles within transnational cooperation, open issues, and evaluation-team bios.
