Deliverable 3.1 of Work Package 3 (CO-VISION Community). It provides an overview of the main topics and ideas generated during the first and second rounds of Local Debates (LDs) held by the eight Artistic Partners across the second half of 2024 and 2025. The report explains the LD methodology (a flexible three-stage framework: mapping local natural heritage; creative exchange among citizens, experts and artists; testing and presenting artistic proposals), reviews the local adaptations made by each partner, and presents main conclusions and trends. Key findings include: tangible/embodied local referents supplant abstract climate narratives; process design and facilitation matter as much as thematic content; interdisciplinary dialogue between artists, scientists and policy/community actors is central; citizens desire participation beyond attendance; youth are a key stakeholder. It documents participant numbers (avg. 46 in round 1, 63 in round 2), artist line-ups, disciplines, themes and venues per festival, and organizational benefits for the partners. Includes a resource list of video summaries (Instagram/YouTube/Facebook/LinkedIn). WP3 comprises three outputs: D3.1 (this report), D3.2 (eight digital artworks) and D3.3 (audiovisual account of Professional and Public Panels).
