CO-VISION Guidelines for Creative Exchange (v3)

A practical companion to the CO-VISION Guidelines for Creative Exchange, designed to help festival teams implement Local Debates. It works as a manual that translates the principles of the Guidelines (the rationale for creative exchange, the role of participation and the broader understanding of co-creation) into decisions, sequences and formats that each partner can adapt to its own context.

It starts from mapping the cultural field in which creative exchange takes place, then guides festivals in working with local ecosystems, public participants, scientific experts and policy stakeholders, helping them choose the form of co-creation and the level of participation that fits each Local Debate. Version 3 integrates the feedback collected after two rounds of Local Debates.
